Great location and amazing store sitting just above the main lobby area. It’s a tourist attraction and open concept makes it even more appealing. I have been here many many times.
You need to go up the stairs to get to the store and I believe that it is accessible for disabled persons as well. Check out the wall decor while you are there.

The grand central station is just amazing and a must have to go. And apple is always surprising us with its outstanding stores. I can tell witch store is greater in NYC, this or the one located in Central Park. I strongly recommend, specially if you are.

Apple stores always impress me but this Grand Central location is breath taking. Under the beauty of those ceilings and size and layout of the Apple store. You can stay for hours and not want to leave. Customer service is great, even with so much going on around you. You still feel individually catered to.
