Frequency settings allows you to control how often, when, and to whom a popup is shown. It helps you avoid showing the same popup too many times, ensuring a better user experience while still reaching the right audience.

Frequency Settings with PopupKit #

Start a new campaign or select one of your existing ones.

Go to the editor. Here, from the Block tab finden Frequency Settings.

You have to expand the tab. Here the controls are Display To Visitors, Display Frequency Und Don’t Show To Converted Visitor Taste.

Display To Visitors #

Display to visitors: It lets you decide how often and to whom the popup will be shown.

• Display to visitors set to Everyone: Shows the popup to all visitors.

• Display to visitors set to Return: Shows the popup only to returning visitors. You can also set the number of days since their last visit to trigger the popup.

• Display to visitors set to New: It allows you to display the popup only to first-time visitors. You can set the number of days to consider someone as ‘new’.

Display Frequency #

You can control how often a popup appears to the same visitor.

• Once a day: The popup will be displayed to a visitor only one time within a 24-hour period.
• Every Visit: The popup will be displayed every time a visitor lands on a page where the popup is active.
• Every Session: The popup will be displayed once per browsing session. A session is typically defined as a continuous period of activity on the website.
• Once Every Few Days: The popup will be displayed once, and then not shown again for a specified number of days, e.g., 3 days, 7 days, etc.
• Once Every Few Visits: The popup will be displayed once, and then not shown again for a specified number of subsequent visits e.g., after 5 visits, 10 visits, and so on.

Don’t Show To Converted Visitor #

A converted visitor is a visitor who has submitted a form or clicked a button with the Track Conversion option enabled.
