PopupKit Subscriber List

PopupKit instantly tracks and saves the information when someone subscribes to your popup campaign. This part of the PopupKit is a great source of your campaign leads. And, it allows you to explore the subscriber list through an intuitive interface. 

One can easily personalize this list with different easy-to-configure settings. Plus, you can also figure out detailed information about an individual subscriber, like their name, email, location, device type, and browser, etc.

Let’s see how to view the PopupKit subscriber list and export campaign leads as you need.

Before you proceed,

  • You need to activate the PopupKit Pro plan to access the subscriber list.
  • And, you’ll find the subscriber list empty unless someone submits your popup campaign.

How to Configure PopupKit Subscriber List #

To get started, log in to your WordPress dashboard and follow PopupKit > Subscribers. On the next page, you’ll see a data table containing all your email leads. The subscriber table consists of 5 different columns:

  1. 名前: The name of your subscriber, generally, visitors submit their name in the popup form.
  2. Email: Get your subscriber email.
  3. キャンペーン名: From which campaign were the leads generated?
  4. 日付: Know the date when the subscriber submits this popup form.
  5. アクション: This column shows an 情報 icon, click it and a card will appear with details information of the subscriber, such as subscriber name, email, device, browser, location, etc.

The Subscriber Page offers useful settings to help you quickly access the subscriber data you need. Most filter options are conveniently located above the subscriber table.

  1. Search Box: Use the search box to instantly find subscriber details using any available parameters, such as name or email. Once located, you can view their complete information.
  1. Date Filtering: Date filtering makes it easy to analyze subscriber data within a specific time range. Choose from preset options: Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, etc. Further, you can select a custom date range from the calendar view. 

Define a period, click the 適用する option, and the subscriber table will show you the subscriber list on your given date.

  1. Campaign Types: By default, the table shows subscribers from all active campaigns. To narrow the view, select a specific campaign from the dropdown menu, and the table will display only the leads from that campaign.
  1. Export Data: Click this option to instantly download the subscriber data file to your computer.
  2. Page Views: Choose how many subscriber entries you want displayed per page for easier navigation.
