Quiz Form Analytics

Understanding how users interact with your quizzes is key to improving engagement and conversion rates. With MetForm’s built-in Form Analytics feature, you can easily track user behavior, monitor quiz success, and gain actionable insights directly from your WordPress dashboard.

Quiz Form Analytics #

  1. Go to MetForm Settings
  2. Form Analytics
  3. Toggle the Enable Form Analytics button
  4. Select a date to clean up data if you need (Optional)

Quiz Overview #

Key Performance Cards #

  • Average Score: The average score achieved by all participants.
  • Highest Score: The maximum score recorded.
  • Lowest Score: The minimum score recorded.
  • Correct/Wrong: The ratio or percentage of correct versus incorrect answers.
  • Total Questions: The total number of questions included in the quiz.
  • Most Skipped Question: The specific question that was skipped most frequently by participants.

Visual Charts & Breakdowns #

  • Score Distribution: A bar chart showing the frequency of scores across different percentage ranges.
  • Pass / Fail Breakdown: A donut chart showing the percentage and total count of participants who passed versus those who failed, along with the total participant count and the passing mark threshold.

Quiz Completion Metrics #

About the columns –

  • Metric: The name of the specific performance indicator being tracked.
  • Value: The actual data or percentage recorded for the quiz.
  • Benchmark: The standard reference point or target score used for comparison.
  • Status: A visual indicator showing whether the current value meets the performance goals.

Check the row metrics –

  • Avg Time to Complete: The average duration taken by participants to finish the quiz from start to end.
  • Completion Rate: The percentage of participants who successfully finished the quiz out of everyone who started it.
  • Abandonment Rate: The percentage of participants who started the quiz but left or quit before completing it.

Score Distributions: Visual charts or graphs mapping out how frequently different score ranges were achieved by participants.

Pass Rates: Analytics showing the comparative percentages and trends of participants who successfully passed versus those who failed.

Difficulty #

Per-Question Stats: Granular performance metrics for each individual quiz question, such as correct answer percentages or response selection rates.

Difficulty: An evaluative insight or rating marking specific questions as easy, medium, or hard based on participant accuracy.
