Metform General Analytics

Gaining visibility into how users interact with your forms is essential for optimization. With MetForm’s standard Form Analytics feature, you can track daily views, submission counts, and conversion rates directly from your WordPress dashboard.

General Analytics #

  1. Gå til MetForm Settings
  2. Vælg Form Analytics
  3. Toggle “Enable Form Analytics” On
  4. Clean up old data (Optional date selection)
  5. Gem ændringer
  • Go to MetForm Analytics and choose General
  • Set the date
  • Choose the form. You can select all forms or any individual form.

Oversigt #

  • Samlet antal visninger: Tracks the total number of times your forms have been loaded or viewed by visitors.
  • Konverteringer: Records the total number of successful form submissions completed by users.
  • Conversion Rate: Calculates the percentage of visitors who submitted the form relative to the total views.
  • Average Session: Measures the average amount of time users spend interacting with the form before submitting or leaving.
  • Views vs Submissions By Date: A visual graph that compares daily traffic (views) against actual completions (submissions) over a specific time period.
  • Top Traffic Source (Summary): Identifies where your visitors are coming from, categorizing them into Organic, Direct, eller Referral channels.

Traffic & Sources #

Traffic Source Distribution: This provides a percentage-based breakdown of how users are finding your forms. It categorizes traffic into:

  • Organic: Visitors who arrive via search engines.
  • Direct: Visitors who type your URL directly into their browser.
  • Referral: Visitors who come from external websites or links.

Top Referrers: This section lists the specific URL'er of external websites that are driving traffic to your forms. It also shows the number of Conversions attributed to each specific referring site, helping you identify which external links are most effective.

Device & Browsers #

  • Device Distribution: Tracks and categorizes the types of hardware visitors use to access your forms. It segments traffic into Desktop, Mobile, og Tablet, helping you understand if your forms need better mobile optimization.
  • Browser Performance: Provides a visual comparison of how your forms perform across different web browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, Opera, og Explorer. This helps identify if specific browsers are causing issues or driving higher engagement.

Geographic #

  • Geographic (World Map): A visual heatmap that highlights the global distribution of your visitors. It allows you to see at a glance which regions or continents are interacting with your forms the most.
  • Top Country: A detailed table that ranks performance by specific nations. It displays key metrics for each country, including:
    • Country: Identifies the specific name of the nation where your visitors are located.
    • Rate: The percentage of views that resulted in a submission for that specific country.
    • Views: Shows how many times the form was loaded in that country.
    • Conversion: The total number of successful submissions from that location.

  • Daily Submission Pattern: This is a line graph that tracks the volume of form submissions over a specific timeframe. It helps you visualize:
    • User Behavior: Fluctuations in engagement, allowing you to identify consistent patterns or sudden drops in form completions.
